Hammond, Indiana to Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Much Much Much better sleep last night. Took off pretty early and headed out towards Niagara Falls. Gads. Another twelve hour drive. I'm beginning to get a bit frustrated with everyone by the end of the day and I think the feeling is mutual. Shorter days need to happen to keep the family peace.

Had a great dinner in Niagara-By-The-Lake, a shi-shi resort town kind of like the similarly named Carmel-By-The-Sea. Things here are all Tourist-Priced and the US$ is almost 1 to 1 now. Much different than when Deb and I were up here during the height of the DotCom era..

Pics:

We had a broken pigeon on the roof this morning,.. got a towel from the hotel and moved the little critter off to the bushes where it probably coughed a few times and died.

Ohhhhh.... This state has a LOT of really big fireworks. Here we are parked in front of Krazy Kaplans, a purveyor of fine megatonnage.

"Bad Ass Ballistics",.. how cool is this store?

My stash. Now all I gotta do is get it hidden and across the US/Canadian border...

Deb drives while I naggrivate across the beautiful state of Michigan.

One of the best named cities in America,... someone needs to vandalize the tip of that arrow...

Driving under the Detroit River on the way to the Canadian border, got through without any arrests or detentions with our small cache of fireworks.

Interesting,... every time Deb and I cross into Canada, there's a certain, I dunno, safeness that comes over us. Just feels less fanatic and ignorant...

Not sure why this truck needs so many damn wheels,... I mean really,... those are all Dualies too! Must be a Canadian thing.
